Add the variable icon to the toolbar in canvas view

Add the variable icon to the toolbar in canvas view, just like inside components and layout templates. It would make it easier to control page variables.

Also if I want to view which variables are on a given page, I have to search for a element that has a variable in use, and then click on the variable to see the page variables.
Why not having a shortcut for page variables in the UI near the vector icon? The implementation exists for it, just a shortcut is needed.

I'll leave here an example with a problem that I have now, and the hacks I need to do in order to work, showing that the option to directly to view page variables could be useful in the app.
On a page if I want to change the variant of a component based on a variable, I don't have the option to create a variable there in the dropdown, like I have it for the Title.
So the hack is to create a variable that I don't need for the Title, just to be able to see the page variables, and then add a new variable that I need for changing the component.
