Introduce a pause and build or allow customers to pause the plan and pro-rate the remaining amount as credits to offset the renewal of the plan. Some time business plans changed and time is needed to see how a framer site fits into the entire business. right now on framer, once a plan is purchased, the plan is still running even without a live site. Framer should allow customer to take a pause on the plan while the customer is developing the site. during this pause, the remaining amount can be pro-rated as credits. once the customers is ready, they can resume the plan or use the pro-rated credits to offset the re-purchase. this will reduce the wastage of un-used plans.
