I don't think pricing is transparent enough, it is only in the last stage when going to upgrade my website I have discovered that it will cost more than advertised as VAT isn't included in the price. In the UK all prices should be advertised with VAT, it's not even mentioned anywhere I can see that warns VAT will be added afterwards
