I’m a Framer Expert running a marketing agency with multiple long-term client sites on Framer.

I don’t understand why agencies must transfer project ownership to retain free editor access. Our clients pay us monthly to manage and improve their sites, yet this model forces agencies to either lose operational control or pay significant recurring fees simply to do contracted work.

This creates unnecessary friction for agencies and reduces the practical value of the Expert program. An agency-friendly model—such as persistent editor access for Experts or an agency workspace—would better reflect real-world workflows.

I’m sharing this because we want to continue scaling Framer for client work, but the current structure makes that increasingly difficult.
