With many pages in a project, it’s hard to keep things organized visually in the left sidebar. There’s no way to group related pages without affecting their URLs.

I agree that it get's really hard to organize a large project without having an option to group, or at least add line break to get to the pages you're working on faster.
A little idea I have in mind is adding tag colors similar to how Tags works in Finder. Another Idea is using these tag colors for status, like gray is not started, blue is in progress, green is done, and red is blocked to help the team know the page status at a glance from the sidebar.
This could be a little too much, but needing to organize a large project visually in whatever way will surely help.

It would be great to group pages together without changing their URLs. Right now, putting a page in a folder changes the URL (like /folder/page). The idea is to organize pages without affecting the links.
